This position will provide exceptional food service to hotel restaurant guests while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
What You Will Be Doing
Greets and takes food and drink orders from restaurant customers, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests.
Memorizes menu items, recipes and daily specials in order to answer questions and make recommendation to customers.
Prepare food to guest specifications.
Complete assigned sidework.
Prep food for following day's service.
The Ideal Candidate
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, as scheduled days and times may vary based on need
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
